System Overview:
The surge current tester is an important detection equipment for testing diodes and other related semiconductor devices. Surge current refers to the peak current or overload current that is much greater than the steady-state current generated at the moment the power is turned on or under abnormal circuit conditions. The testing method of the ZY-DBC-102 surge current test bench complies with the relevant standards in JB/T7626-2013. This system uses the current wave generated by the resonance discharge of capacitance and inductance values, combined with the upper computer testing software, to finally output the current value required by the test. It includes a surge current testing unit, a blocking voltage and leakage current unit, and a computer control unit. The computer control unit is the central control unit of the equipment. All work procedures, work timing, switch action status, data collection, etc., are completed by the computer. The computer records the test results and can convert them into Excel files for processing. The overall system adopts a wheeled cabinet for integrated testing, featuring a simple human-machine interface (computer) and good protective measures, with simple operation and convenient mobility.
